 This is the first of many in a series where we will feature vendors of the famous farmer's market (La Feria) in Perez Zeledon, held weekly Thursdays and Fridays. This week we feature Sam, a good friend to many, and a provider of good quality food, health and gift products to all.
Start your city day off right with one of Sam's popular breakfast burritos. While eating you can pass your eyes over the many interesting items she sells. Sam doesn't stop at breakfast either, where you can move on to find lunch burritos and specials, prepared foods and desserts, some raw, some cooked all fresh and delicious. Sam also prepares trail mixes, dried fruits and tomatoes, live cookies and energy bars, flax seed crackers and sprouts.
Sam also searches outside the box to find you the absolute best food and health care products. Choose from nuts and seeds, including chia seeds, spirulina, essential oils, Dr. Bronner's and Tom's products, grape seed, oregano oil, Thieves essential oil to name a few. Sam also features pickles, relishes and pickled beets by Miss Jayme.
In addition Sam sells her hand made candles and brings you souvenirs along with Miss Jayme's line of woven hand bags and carved masks from the Brunka Tribe. Chances are you won't have to wait as Sam is an early bird, making it easy for you to dig in early, adding to an enjoyable shopping experience. |
