Looking for the right person to share my house in Pedregosito at this time and take eventually take it over. I am looking for a new house by the beginning of rainy season. It's an idealic place for someone wanting quiet, a beautiful river, great neighboring farms (Amrita, and Ed Bernharts place next farms over) house is quaint, two bedroom, lge outside porch, farmhouse surrounded by nature, bus line, tel/internet connection, hot water, ceramic floors really nice landlords. I hate to leave but need higher altitude because of allergies. If the fit is right this person can take the house when I leave. $150 monthly Katya 2770-2884
