CostaRicaSouth.com  (CRS) is  managed by local community members  who live in and around the Perez Zeledon (PZ) and  the extended area in the southern part of Costa Rica.  Our goal is to help unite the Southern Costa Rica  community in the south and to also help new comers and prospective visitors more easily navigate and assimilate themselves to the area.

At the center of Souther Costa Rica is Perez Zeledon (PZ) is San Isidro de General, said to be the 3rd largest city area after San Jose and Liberia.  Also said to be one of the fastest growing cities in all of Central America.

The Bigger Picture

More and more people  are discovering the beauty of Costa Rica and especially the south pacific where we have greener dry seasons and more natural and protected areas.   Many just passing through, others returning each year and even more are starting to settle down.  With an ever growing  population comes a community of support and new opportunities to socialize, have fun and help each other and most importantly;  do business and make a living.  Many more people would like to stay permanently in the Costa Rica South area but opportunities to support oneself is not always apparent and learning knowing the ins and outs and getting  to know your way around living in the area can take some time.   This website attempts to help connect both new comers and veterans in the area to make everyones life more fun and prosperous.
